Our recruitment process
1
Submit your application
After you send us your CV and cover letter, we will review your application and be in touch with an update within 5 working days.
2
Initial call with our careers team
A member of our careers team will often schedule a call to go over your experience in a little more detail and give you an opportunity to ask questions about the role you've applied for.
3
Call with the hiring manager
After the shortlist is finalized, you'll be invited to speak to one or two members of the team where you'll be asked more questions about your education/career and get the chance to ask more in-depth questions about the types of projects specific to the team.
4
Assessment
You'll be sent a task to complete, typically within 1 week, and your final interview will also be scheduled too. The task set will be reflective of the type of work you could be doing within the team. This could be a writing test, presentation or something else specific to the role.
5
Final interview
After your assessment is complete, you'll have your final interview with 2 - 5 members of the team. You'll typically be asked to present your assessment and answer some competency and skills-based questions. This is also a good time to think of any further questions you'd like to ask about the role.
6
The outcome
After your final interview you'll be verbally offered the position or, if you were unsuccessful, you'll be given feedback. If you verbally accept the role, you'll be sent your official offer letter within 2 working days.
