Every member of the global AMICULUM team is eligible for two bonuses per year, one paid in January and the other in June.

Across the majority of our locations team members, regardless of their seniority, will have the option to access our private health insurance.

We are committed to ensuring that all employees, regardless of their location, receive employer pension contributions. While the specific contribution amounts may vary depending on the region, our dedication to supporting all team members' retirement remains consistent across the board.

Team members in each of our locations are given a minimum of 34 annual leave days, inclusive of public holidays.
