Account manager
AMICULUM is looking for a dynamic and organized professional to lead the delivery of key projects for our vaccines and pulmonology accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and medical experts, shaping impactful medical communications and building strong relationships.
The role
In this position, you will oversee project delivery for your assigned workstreams, including developing strategic materials, managing financial aspects and driving organic account growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of quality and fostering collaboration within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client and internal meetings to ensure seamless project coordination
- Serve as the key contact for diverse projects such as scientific materials, learning programmes, external engagement activities and strategic workshops
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting to clients
- Build long-term relationships with client teams and medical experts, supporting account growth and business development
- Contribute to resource planning and the development of new project proposals
What you’ll need
- Previous experience in a commercial role within health communications, ideally on large medical affairs accounts
- A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality work and providing clear client guidance
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a passion for medical communications tactics
