Ready to kickstart your healthcare communications career in a unique agency specializing in cell and gene therapies? Seques is looking for a motivated entry-level account executive to support the team on a large medical communications account with delivery across a range project types.

The role

As an entry-level account executive at Seques, you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects that support the development and commercialization of cell and gene therapies.

You will help manage day-to-day project delivery for our key accounts, working alongside medical writing, design and digital functions to support our clients and ensure high quality outputs. Full training will be provided in a supportive environment to ensure you have the tools needed to develop your career.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and organizing both internal and client meetings (including onsite opportunities)
• Working with commercial team members to maintain the financial administration of projects, including forecasting, invoicing and budget reporting to clients
• Collaborating with scientific and client-services colleagues to ensure the delivery of high quality work from briefing to delivery
• Contributing to creative and innovative ideas for information/data sharing within the cell and gene therapy landscape

What you'll need

• Managing and organizing both internal and client meetings (including onsite opportunities)
• A life sciences degree and an interest in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
• The ability to work flexibly, professionally and enthusiastically with client teams and external experts, taking responsibility for your workload and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail
• An open and approachable attitude to work well as part of a multifunctional team, delivering industry-leading client service
