Account manager – Singapore

The role
Our teams have developed an excellent reputation with clients globally and in the Asia region for developing accurate and engaging scientific content, delivered through a variety of communication channels for maximum reach and impact.
Joining our team in Singapore as an account manager, you’ll support a range of client projects from briefing to delivery. Core to your role will be building positive relationships with clients, maintaining timely and clear communication throughout each project to keep client and internal teams up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Developing an in-depth understanding of client needs, processes and environment to provide objective-driven recommendations to support their requirements
- Working with the project team to deliver a variety of projects on time, to expected quality and aligned with agreed budgets and scope of work
- Reviewing project deliverables for clarity, accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Supporting development of new business proposals
- Confidently managing finances and timelines, paying close attention to detail
What you’ll need
- At least 2 years’ experience working in client services within a healthcare communications agency
- Excellent project management skills with a passion for delivering a superb service to clients
- A good academic record, ideally in biomedical sciences and a detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to take responsibility for your workload
- An enthusiasm for teamwork, collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally to deliver industry-leading client service
