The opportunity

Our team at Mudskipper has an established reputation for developing high-quality, scientifically accurate and visually appealing content for our global clients, delivered via a multichannel approach to ensure maximum impact.

We now have an exciting opening for an ambitious and enthusiastic account executive to join our thriving team in the UK.

This role will support our key accounts and includes a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Project management, coordination and support for a variety of projects, medical education, meetings and publications
  • Liaison with clients and medical experts
  • Meetings management and organization
  • Financial tracking and administration
  • General client team administration


About you

Are you ready to go above and beyond in the world of medical communications? Can you think outside the pond? If so, Mudskipper could be the agency for you.

You will be an account handler with at least 12 months’ experience working in a medical communications agency, and you will have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry and the support that our clients require. As an exceptionally organized individual, you will thrive when working on multiple projects that require initiative and strict deadline management.

You will reflect the key attributes that we look for in all colleagues, which are:

  • Intellectual curiosity: you will have keen interest in science communication; a strong academic record in biomedical science is desirable
  • Teamwork and collaboration: you will be an open, approachable and enthusiastic team member, collaborating with colleagues (locally and internationally) to deliver industry-leading client service
  • An exceptional eye for detail: you will be passionate about the accuracy of your work
  • Accountability: you will thrive on taking responsibility for your own work within a supportive and collaborative team culture
