As a result of exciting business growth, we have a new vacancy for a project manager to join our thriving team at 7.4. This role will provide experience and exposure to a wide range of project types, working alongside our team of medical writers, account handlers, designers and editors.
The position will be based in our Oxford office with some home-working flexibility. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the account director to ensure effective and efficient client service at all times
- Being the key contact (internally and externally) for projects within an account from a project management perspective
- Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
- Proactively maintaining accurate documentation, including status reports, project databases and financial trackers
- Supporting events-related logistics, including liaison with the client and expert speakers / delegates
- Developing effective working relationships with internal colleagues, clients and external suppliers
- Supporting the account director with development of new project proposals and exploration of opportunities for account growth
You will be an experienced project manager with at least 1 year’s experience working in healthcare communications agency or similar. As an exceptionally organized individual, you will thrive when working on multiple projects that require initiative and strict deadline management.
